GENERAL INFORMATION

Our products are delivered with DHL or POSTNL. Our people from Kuun, the warehouse department, process and dispatch all orders in 1-10 workingdays. Once shipped, check the shippingtable below for your transittime. This allow us to minimize the stock so we don't make a big impact on the planet. The bestsellers have a small stock so we can send out very fast. If you would like an indication of the transit time of a product before ordering, please send us an email with the product(s) to info@kuun.eu . We will provide your answer of the dispatch time of the product(s) very fast (within 12 hours).
Above €100 the shipping costs are free in the Netherlands and Europe. For every order below this amount the following costs apply (NL): €6,00.-. For Europe it's €15,00- and for countries outside Europe it's €20,00-.

  1. All orders are shipped out directly from our warehouse in The Netherlands within 24 or 72 hours after the process is completed by the warehouse team.

  6. Kuun is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and packages damaged during transit or delivery, please contact the courier directly in order to solve any problems that may arise upon transit or delivery. That's why we choose POSTNL and DHL to minimize these kind of problems.
